Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with MyStash. Because there's a free edition, you can try the app thoroughly before paying anything. If you buy MyStash Pro and it isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your one-time MyStash Pro purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. We may decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles).
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include your order or receipt reference. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.
3. How refunds are processed
MyStash Pro is sold through our payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by that provider to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your Pro licence ends and the app reverts to the free edition. Your media library, files and local data are unaffected — they always remain on your own device.
5. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, which it does not limit.
